The minimum deposit at ariom play is ₱50 per transaction. There is no upper limit on standard deposits, though specific payment channels may have their own maximum transaction limits set by the payment provider.
GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are credited to your ariom play account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are credited within 30 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. Ariom play is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.
All transactions on ariom play are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied to PHP deposits or withdrawals. Your account balance is always displayed in Philippine Peso.
Deposits should only be made from payment accounts that belong to you. Third-party deposits — from accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
The minimum withdrawal amount at ariom play is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
Ariom play aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically completed within 30 minutes. Delays may occasionally occur during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event or competition. For sports such as PVL volleyball and UAAP, the official league result as published by the governing body is the final determinant. Ariom play reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, or technical fault.
The minimum bet at ariom play is ₱10. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market, and are displayed on each betting market. Ariom play reserves the right to apply individual account-level bet limits where warranted.
A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; the market was offered due to a technical error and contained obviously incorrect odds; or the player is found to have exploited a system error. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's ariom play balance.
All casino and slot games at ariom play use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by licensed third-party game studios including JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and others. Game outcomes are determined by these RNGs and are not influenced by any action of ariom play staff or systems.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the outcome of the game round in progress will be determined by the game server's records — not by the state of the client application at the time of disconnection. If a round was completed before disconnection, the result stands. If the round was incomplete, it will be voided and any stake refunded.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ariom play is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute, ariom play and the player agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication via our support channels.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first being raised in writing, either party may escalate the matter through the relevant dispute resolution process available under ariom play's gaming licence. Disputes that cannot be resolved through these channels may be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For disputes specifically related to game outcomes, the records held on ariom play's game servers shall be considered definitive evidence of the result in question.
